A 30 minute Meet & Greet with Chris Sarandon and Joanna Gleason will immediately follow the production. 

Starring Oscar-nominated actor, Chris Sarandon, and Tony-award winning actress, Joanna Gleason.

On Broadway, Chris Sarandon has appeared in “The Rothschilds,” “Two Gentlemen of Verona,” “Nick and Nora,” “The Light in the Piazza,” and “Cyrano de Bergerac.” Off Broadway appearances include: “The Woods,” “Marco Polo Sings a Solo,” “The Devil’s Disciple” (BAM), “Through a Glass Darkly,” and most recently the acclaimed “Preludes” (Lortell Nomination) at Lincoln Center Theater 3. He made his film debut in “Dog Day Afternoon,” for which he was nominated for an Academy Award and Golden Globe. Other films include “Lipstick.” “Protocol,” “Just Cause,” “Fright Night”, “Child’s Play,” “The Princess Bride,” “Safe,” “Loggerheads,” and “I Smile Back.” Also, Sarandon was tapped by Tim Burton for the speaking voice of Jack Skellington in the animation classic, “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

On TV, he starred in the dual roles of Sidney Carton and Charles Darnay in the Hallmark Hall of Fame “A Tale of Two Cities,” as well as Hallmark’s “You Can’t Go Home Again.” He has appeared as a recurring guest star on the television series “The Practice,” “Law and Order,” ”ER,” “Felicity,” “Judging Amy,” “Stark Raving Mad,” and as a regular on “The Court.” He was Abraham Lincoln in the acclaimed PBS mini-series, “God in America,” and was the crusty Judge Howard Matchick on “The Good Wife.” Most recently he can be seen on the current season of “Orange Is the New Black.” He is married to actress/writer/director Joanna Gleason.

Joanna Gleason won the Best Actress Tony (Stephen Sondheim’s “Into The Woods”) along with Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards. Other Broadway and Off- Broadway credits, nominations and awards include:
 “Sons Of The Prophet”, “Something You Did”, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” Happiness”, “Social Security”, “Joe Egg”, “The Real Thing”, “I Love My Wife”, “Nick And Nora”.’ “The Normal Heart”, “Love Letters”, ”It’s Only A Play”, “Eelymosynary,” “A Hell Of A Town.”

Films include: Woody Allen’s “Hannah and Her Sisters” and“Crimes and Misdemeanors” “Heartburn” for Mike Nichols, “The Skeleton Twins,” “Mr. Holland’s Opus”, “Boogie Nights” “The Wedding Planner,” “Last Vegas”.
T.V. includes roles on “The West Wing”, “Friends”,”The Goodwife” “Tracy Ullman” “Blue Bloods,” “The Newsroom”, “Sensitive Skin” and "The Affair".

She has directed in television and theatre off Broadway.

Joanna has been teaching for nearly thirty years in colleges, high schools and theatre companies. She is currently on the faculty of New York City's Circle in the Square Theatre School, as well as holding master classes for the Manhattan School Of Music, and SUNY Purchase.

She lives with her husband Chris Sarandon on Tiny Farm. She can tango.
