Donations

Just like public television, WVPT belongs to the community. It depends on the generosity of patrons like you for its survival. Vital contributions from local individuals and businesses enable us to continue to produce quality Broadway productions for our community; to educate young artists through our Theatrical Internship program; and to provide discounted tickets to school children, college students, and underprivileged members of our community through the United Way.

Mainstage Sponsorships

Principal Actor ($1,000 Sponsorship)

• 2 individual tickets for your choice of one opening night performance.
• 8 individual tickets for your choice of one performance.
• A quarter page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each show.

Star ($2,500 Sponsorship)

• 2 individual tickets for your choice of one opening night performance.
• 2 season tickets.
• A half page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each show.

Director's Circle ($5,000 Sponsorship)

• 4 individual tickets for each opening night production.
• 4 season tickets.
• A full page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each show.
• Your company name listed on lobby signage displayed at the entrance of the theatre.
• 2 individual tickets to the annual fund raising event.

Producer's Circle ($10,000 Sponsorship)

• 10 individual tickets for each opening night production.
• 8 season tickets.
• A full page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each show.
• Your company name listed on lobby signage displayed at the entrance of the theatre.
• Invitation for 2 to a WVPT dress rehearsal of your choice.
• 2 individual tickets to the annual fund raising event.

Corporate or Independent Show Sponsorships

$15,000 Sponsorship

• Company name and logo displayed on the bottom of cover and title page of specific performance Showbill.
• A full page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each performance.
• Company name listed on signage outside of theatre.
• Company name and logo included in all newspaper advertising purchased for the show you sponsor.
• Company name and logo listed under the show you sponsor on theatre website.
• Name and sponsorship recognition in the opening announcement of the show you sponsor.
• Company name listed on the signage displayed at the entrance of the theatre.
• Company name and logo printed on season brochure and direct mail piece distributed to more than 5,000 patrons.
• An invitation to WVPT dress rehearsal of your choosing.
• 6 individual tickets to our annual fund raising gala for your company.
• Company logo printed on all signage for the annual fund raising event.
• 5 season tickets.
• 30 individual tickets to the show that your company sponsors.

$20,000 Sponsorship

• Company name and logo will be displayed on the bottom of cover and title page of the specific performance Showbill.
• Full page ad in all seven performance Showbills, which are distributed to hundreds of patrons before each show.
• Company name listed on signage outside of theatre.
• Company name/logo included in all newspaper advertising purchased for the specific show you're sponsoring.
• Display of company name and logo listed under the show you sponsor on theatre website.
• Name and sponsorship recognition in the opening announcement of the show you sponsor.
