Discounted Tickets for Schools

West Virginia Public Theatre is happy to present high-quality musical theatre to school groups at a significantly discounted rate. The special shows that we present throughout the school year are attended by dozens of local public and private educational institutions. Internship Opportunities

West Virginia Public Theatre proudly employs theatrical professionals from all over the United States, as it presents 6 shows in 7 weeks each summer. These factors create the perfect environment to teach young artists about the process behind a production. We are pleased to offer internships in the following specialties: Acting (by audition only), Company Management, Costume Construction, Design/Tech, Marketing, Lighting, Props, Set Construction, Stage Management/Crew, Sound, and Wardrobe. To apply, please submit an internship application, along with a cover letter, a resume including qualifications; education; and theatrical experience, and contact information for three professional references.
